How to implement OEM?
To develop a new Electric Scooter (on a OEM way), buyer needs to design this scooter from a drawing and product specification. Freego will help the buyer improve the drawing so that it can be produced.

Buyer sends his finished draw-
ing/design to Freego Team.
Freego will evaluate the drawing and give comments or proposal to improve it. After approved, Freego will start to make prototype to Verify feasibility.
Start to make molds for all parts according to buyer’s design.
Make samples (5-10pcs) for assembly test. After testing, fix the molds and make new samples to test again. If all works well, start volume production.
Original Design Manufacturing
ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) is also referred to as private labeling or white label products. In this
case, the manufacturer has an existing product design and the customer may make slight changes to sell it under their own brand name. Some examples of changes include branding, colors, or packaging.
